the internet.
a. Go inside your router
and port forward the port you chose in step 2
to
the address you wrote down in step 4. This is usually under the
"Gaming/Applications" or "Port
Forwarding" tab of your router
configuration.
Then Use the "Port Tester..." found under the "Login"
menu to verify you have the port forwarded correctly.
b. Find out what your
public internet address is and write it down. This
can
also be found in the "Port Tester..." dialog under the "Login" menu.

unzip it.
8. If you downloaded AstroApp for Palm you will have to install
it onto
your handheld with a hotsync before continuing.
9. Launch AstroApp.
Choose "Advanced Viewing Method..." from the "Main" menu.
Palm OS users must choose "Advanced Connection..." under
the "View" menu.
10. Fill in the Desktop Username and Desktop Password fields
with what
you chose in step 3.
11. If your machine running AstroApp from above is on your
LAN then
you can click the "Auto-Detect Via LAN" button
where you can then
select the machine.
Click the "Connect" button.
You are now connected.

the Port
Number which you chose in step 2.

IP address you wrote
down in step 6b.
Click the "Connect" button.
You are now connected.
